Panther Trace is a 785-acre master-planned community, with distinctively designed villages. Great care has been taken to preserve the community's scenic wetlands and nature areas.

The gently-curved main boulevard has been lined with a variety of trees and landscaping, giving the entire community a park-like setting.

Panther Trace Residents,
We would like to remind all residents that amenity access cards are to be brought to all areas of the community.  Security Officers are requesting proof of residency by verifying your access cards to ensure that residents have access to amenities and request nonresidents vacate the premises.  This includes the pool, playground, courts and field.  We appreciate your cooperation.
Panther Trace CDD-Phase I Management

Panther Trace Residents,

It is once again that time of year when we need to ready the amenities for summer break. We are preparing to do some spring cleaning and repairs.

Friday May 6th the Panther Trace Phase I Pool will be CLOSED until 4pm so we can pressure wash the furniture and pool deck.  It will be open in the evening 4pm-8pm.

The week of May 9th the basketball court backboards and rims will be removed.  These will be painted and repaired and returned to the courts as soon as possible.

Tuesday May 17th, Wednesday May 18th and Thursday May 19th the Multipurpose Field will be CLOSED. It is extremely important that residents stay off the field during this time as the field is being treated with an extremely strong pesticide to remove nematodes. 

A few additional reminders, there is No Fishing, Swimming or Boating of any type in any of the ponds.  There is also no parking on the grass on any of the CDD property, this damages the turf, the sprinklers and potentially the ground waters if there are any fluids leaking.  We also ask that you bring your amenities access ID cards while you are utilizing the amenities.  This allows our security officers to readily identify our residents.  If you are asked for your ID, it is to your benefit to present the ID so our officers are able to request that nonresidents vacate the premises.
