As many of you are already aware, a lightning strike hit the
pool gate and the card reading system had to be replaced. The system is
in place and will read the current cards, however, IT was unable to recover the
data base. I am in the process of re-entering the information into the
system. If you visited the pool at the end of last week or this weekend,
you have filled out a slip providing me with the information I need to pull
your files and enter your information into the system. All of the slips
have been entered. If you have other household members on your file, I
also entered those access cards. If you turned in the form, but your card
is still not working after today, please come and see me. If you have not
come to the pool recently, you can update your information in one of the
with the following information:
-You name as it is on your card
-Your Street Address
-The code number from the bottom right hand corner of your access card (Ex.
071,51111) It should contain 8 digits and the comma
-Call me at 813-671-8023 to provide the information
-Fill out a form at the pool the next time you come in
If you cannot read the number on your card, please do not
worry. If you come and see me, we can scan the card and it comes up on
the file access denied, however it shows the number.
